Simon FranglenĀ is an English composer of classical and film music. He is also a record producer and former musician. His credits include four of theĀ list of top-grossing filmsĀ and six of theĀ best-selling albums.
His film work includes several well-known movies, includingĀ Avatar, for which he receivedĀ Golden GlobeĀ andĀ GrammyĀ nominations for the theme song and for being the producer of “My Heart Will Go On” fromĀ Titanic, for which he won aĀ Record of the Year Grammy Award.Ā Other film credits range from David Fincher’sĀ Seven,Ā The Amazing Spider-Man,Ā The Magnificent Seven, to arranging music for theĀ James Bond filmsĀ SkyfallĀ andĀ Spectre.
